Job Description: Area Sales Manager (ASM) – FMCG Industry

Designation: Area Sales Manager (ASM)
Salary: ₹35,000 per month
Locations: Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur & Kota, Rajasthan

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage sales operations and achieve monthly sales targets in the assigned territory.

• Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and key customers.

• Expand the distribution network and identify new business opportunities.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and product performance.

• Ensure product availability, visibility, and market penetration.

• Handle and guide the sales team to achieve business objectives.

• Conduct regular market visits and prepare sales reports.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in the FMCG industry is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of distribution, channel sales, and territory management.

• Good communication, negotiation, and team-handling skills.

• Ability to achieve sales targets and develop new markets.

• Candidates with relevant FMCG sales experience will be preferred.

Salary: ₹35,000 per month
