Job Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily production activities during the assigned shift.

• Ensure production targets are achieved as per quality and delivery standards.

• Monitor machine operations, production parameters, and process efficiency.

• Coordinate with operators, technicians, and other departments to ensure smooth production.

• Maintain product quality and minimize rejection, wastage, and downtime.

• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, raw materials, and machinery.

• Maintain shift-wise production reports and daily records.

• Identify production issues and take corrective actions to minimize losses.

• Ensure compliance with safety rules, housekeeping, and company policies.

• Handover shift reports and pending activities to the next shift in-charge.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Ceramic, Mechanical, or a relevant engineering field.

• Relevant experience in ceramic tiles manufacturing is preferred.

• Good leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.

• Knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and machine operations.
